Where do I see how the team is going?

Team Health, from the dashboard. It shows branch activity, a shout-out of the most active people, and which groups need a check-in.

Who shows up in Most Active Teammate?

The five people in your reach who did the most real work in the period you picked — calls, texts, one-to-one emails, welcoming new members, tasks and check-ins. Bulk email campaigns do not count. Time spent logged in does not count.

Why do I see different names than a colleague?

The list follows your division access. A national role sees the whole organisation; a state role sees that state; a local role sees their own group.

Can I change the dates?

Yes. Use Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or Custom… at the top of the page. Every figure on the page, including Most Active Teammate, follows that period.

What counts as work?

Calls logged, text campaigns sent, one-to-one emails logged on a person, new members welcomed, tasks completed, event check-ins, other contacts logged and people added. Bulk email campaigns and sitting on the dashboard do not.

Do emails count on Most Active Teammate?

Emails you log on one person (contact type Email) do. Pressing Send on a bulk campaign does not.

Team Health is the page for noticing who is getting the work done — and who might need a hand — without opening ten other screens.

Open it from the dashboard. The figures always follow the period at the top of the page: Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or a custom range.

Most Active Teammate

This is the shout-out. It lists up to five control-panel users, ranked by the work they actually did in the selected period:

  • Calls (including phone-bank calls)
  • Text messages sent
  • One-to-one emails logged on a person (contact type Email)
  • New members welcomed
  • Tasks completed, event check-ins, other contacts logged and people added

Sending a bulk email campaign does not count — that is one Send click, not one-to-one work. An email you logged against one person does count.

A login, or time spent looking around the dashboard, does not count. If nobody in your reach did any of that work in the period, the card says so.

Who you can see depends on your role. A national role sees the whole organisation; a state role sees people with a role in that state and its local groups; a local role sees their own group. Two people looking at the same page can therefore have a different top five — that is the access model working, not a bug.

Branches

If your role is at state or national level you also see Branch Performance: contacts, tasks, overdue work, new members and a health label for each local group you can reach. Top Performers and Branches Needing Support sit under that table.

A local-only role sees their own group’s overview and the people on that team, instead of the full branch table.
